Summary
The Confident Contracts program offers women in business the opportunity to receive our signature key contract service and legal coaching for FREE.
We will work with you to create key client-facing contracts tailored to your business. These could include service terms for your clients, website terms for your online services, a privacy policy, refund policies or other documents your business needs to manage your clients and bring in revenue.
We believe in empowering women with clear contracts with their clients so they feel confident in their business.
Eligibility Criteria
Initially, we are working directly with ACNC registered not-for-profit businesses.
If you run a not-for-profit organisation working with women in business, we would love to work with you and your team so we can expand our impact!
To be eligible you and your business must meet the following criteria:
- Identify as a woman
Hold Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency
Be a not-for-profit business
Have a business with a registered Australian Business Number (ABN)
The business must have a turnover of less than $350,000 per annum
The business must be at least 1 year old

We balance legal need with our teams’ skillset
We know there is a lot of need for good legal advice, contracts, and information. We can’t meet all the needs (yet!) so we need to balance the applications we receive with our teams’ skills.
We also balance this with the stage of each business to ensure they will benefit from our services.
What do I get from the program?
We are a commercial law firm, so we can help with your client-facing contracts.
You’ll get a set of new client-facing legal documents, as well as the guides and coaching and advice to implement the new legal documents into your business and processes.
