SisterWorks Spicy Salsa (African Sabol)
This is a seriously unique product!
In Congo, every woman crafts her own Sabol (Spicy Salsa). Our Sister Sido perfected hers at a very young age, and now we are lucky enough to share the taste of her secret recipe.
Sido’s version is made with onions, chilli, ginger, and garlic resulting in a beautifully fresh flavour.
Drizzle over BBQ fish or chicken, add to falafel wraps, or use as a dressing for a lentil salad. Also makes a great condiment when mixed with mayo and slapped on a burger.
